At Giovanni® Eco Chic Beauty, we stand behind our high-performance formulas and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
